FT: Swindon 1-4 Man City, Citizens Move Into FA Cup Next Round! | HIGHLIGHTS

Goals coming from Bernardo Silva alongside Gabriel Jesus and Ilkay Gundogan gave Man City a 1-4 win against Swindon, Breaking Sport News reports.

First Half Report

The first half was all about the English Premier League side dominating things as they push forward hoping to grab an early one to kill off the match.

Swindon was able to hold off their opponent from scoring under the first 10 minutes which saw them soaking all the pressure coming through as they push trying to get something.

Man City opened the goal scoring in the 14th minute of the first half thanks to Bernardo Silva who finished off neatly giving the Citizens a 0-1 lead after a good teamwork effort.

The match continued with the visitors creating more opportunities but couldn’t make it count as the lower League side did everything in their power to hold off as it progressed.

Gabriel Jesus made it 0-2 in the 28th minute after yet another good display from the Premier League Champions which saw them increasing their advantage further.

The scoreline remained the same as they approached the final few stages left to be played until it ended with Swindon 0-2 Man City after 45 minutes played.

Second Half Report

The second half wasn’t that bad coming from the home side who made something count for themselves.

Ilkay Gundogan increased the lead in the 59th minute making it 0-3 with a stunning finish from the German who made sure he hit the right target for the goal for Man City.

Swindon continued knowing they had nothing much to get other than pushing forward looking to get at least just one goal to celebrate.

Gabriel Jesus missed a 62nd minutes penalty which could have added more to the lead before the home side pulled one back making it 1-3 in the 78th minute from Harry McKirdy.

Cole Palmer made it 1-4 in the 82nd minute in his debut which was the last action as Man City claimed victory against Swindon after 90 minutes played.
