Harvey Elliot scored as Liverpool claimed a narrow 0-1 victory against Wolves in the Emirates FA Cup, Breaking Sport News reports.
The Reds book a next round ticket after the victory which also saw them bounce back from losing their last game.
First Half Report
The first half of the clash was one which saw a lot of work and effort coming from both ends in attempt to take am early lead.
Wolves had it good in the first 10 minutes which they had control of the game which they remained with the scoreline goalless going forward between them.
Liverpool scored the lead in the 13th minutes which saw Harvey Elliot netting for the Reds to make the scoreline 0-1 which was an amazing goal.
The match progressed with nothing little or more that could change the scoreline which was looking good for Liverpool who had all the advantage needed as they hit half hour mark.
The first half came to an end with nothing coming from the Wolves who headed inside for the break after 45 minutes losing 0-1 to their opponent.
Second Half Report
There was a lot of work put in the second half which saw Wolverhampton trying all their possible best to make an early come back which did not happen.
Liverpool was cruising in total dominance and making sure they kept the scoreline the same way it is between them and their opponent.
Wolves dominated things at a point that saw them having some close opportunities of making it count, but they failed as nothing much happened.
It was looking more of an encounter between them as they hit the 80th minute with 10 more left to be played between them and nothing else happened for Wolves.
Liverpool was able to claim the needed victory which ensured they were able to qualify into the next round of the Emirates FA Cup beating their opponent 0-1.
